Mr. Padilla has phenomenal credentials (i.e. Licensed Real Estate Broker, Accredited Investors, Proven Syndicator, Professional Speaker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Real Estate Columnist, Degree in Business Administration & Former National Trainer).  Mr. Padilla carefully monitors economic trends in the local markets.

Mr. Joe Mendoza, President and CEO of McCormick National Holdings, LLC has more than twenty years experience in the real estate and investment industry. He's regularly appeared in multiple local television news and radio for his professional knowledge and insight. Mr. Mendoza is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, an Accredited Investor, a Certified Fund Manager and also has many dignified roles such as Vice-President, Real Estate Advisor, Business Strategist, Managing Partner, Acquisitions Manager, a successful Syndicator, and a proven Worldwide Business Coach. Mr. Mendoza has a long history of success including thousands of transactions successfully closed and well over $100,000,000 in volume. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from San Diego State University and has a high passion for contribution volunteering where needed in multiple activities that either of his two children participates in from Boy Scouts of America to various sports and has sat on multiple non-profit Board of Directors.

Mr. Richard Hamlin graduated from UCLA. He finished law school at Loyola University of Los Angeles. He earned a Master of Laws (Taxation) from New York University. He founded the law firm of Hamlin ♦ Cody, a boutique firm that helps investors with real estate issues.

He has served on both the pro bono and paid panels of mediators, and as a Judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Richard is a founder and past president of the Marina del Rey Bar Association (now the Culver-Marina Bar Association). He is a past president of the Marina del Rey Chamber of Commerce and the Marina del Rey Performing Arts Guild. He has refereed and coached youth soccer, and served as the commissioner for the local AYSO chapter Boys U-10 age group.

Richard is an avid sea kayaker. He has completed several paddles to Catalina from San Pedro, and one from the Marina to the isthmus. With several friends, he circumnavigated Catalina, completing the paddle in Santa Ana winds gusting to 30 knots. He has enjoyed several inter-island paddles in the San Juan Islands. He also rows several times a week. In 2016, he was the Commodore at California Yacht Club.

Mr. Ariel Javier founded the Law Office of Ariel A. Javier, A Professional Corporation in March 2009 with a primary emphasis in tax litigation, tax controversy/tax problem resolution, tax planning, tax compliance/preparation, business formation and planning and traditional accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processing services.
